The problem with making and posting such a mod for download by others is that it has the potential to result in the entire game getting treated as an adult game by some organizations. It has happened to others.
It is hardly fair to the developers of the game and players who don't happen to use the mod. So, probably best not to make the mod at all. But, if you decide to make one anyways please keep it private to avoid any chance of something like this happening. Sex is a natural and beautiful thing, I think NA is altogether too uptight about nudity. When someone mentions nudity and torturing innocent people in the same sentence, it becomes something far more disturbing than a pre-occupation with boobs. It conjures an image in my mind where some guy takes a break from his game to shout "It rubs the lotion on its skin or it gets the hose". It might seem funny to some people but the fact is, there are wives, mothers and daughters being subjected to this exact notion of "fun" right now in places all over the planet.
