Thanks for dropping in and best wishes. I have found where to print. The problem is that the invoices provided show very little info. No address info. Nothing really along the lines of what most invoices should include for tax reporting other than the amount. Is there a way to procure a more detailed invoice for my bookeeping?
This is kind of frustrating. Since this is a public forum, I'd suggest contacting our Online Care Support so they can pull up your account in a secure environment. They'll be able to provide an option in printing a more detailed invoice for your records.

Why would anyone use your software when your company can't do the one thing its should. Has anyone at Intuit realized they may have a much bigger problem for subscribers who haven't received any billing emails since September ? These are subscribers who are setup with QBO and with multiple companies.
I've just spent over an hour nearly 90 min on the ph assisting a Quickbooks Main Admin user in the UK because they haven't received any direct billing emails since September I went thru their Intuit.

It is really inconvenient that UK quickbook customers are unable to access any payment history or generate a monthly invoice statement for Quickbooks monthly subscription fees!!!
Looks like the only way to get monthly payment invoice or history is to contact Intuit. Our sales team is available: am — pm Monday to Thursday am — pm on Fridays on [removed]. I can't believe that of all companies, Intuit.

Prior from doing these steps, you might want to make sure your QuickBooks release version is updated. View solution in original post. My and versions were printing just fine. Every time I tried in , the program would freeze and I would have to use Windows Task Manager to crash out of it.
The current work around, until Intuit gets an update figured out, is to remove your logo from your invoice or form template. Uncheck the "use logo" box in the template. I use a background image for my invoice too, and apparently that is fine, it's just the logo. Good luck! When I called ProAdvisor tech support yesterday, the automated system sent me to QuickBooks Online support at first, not desktop support; and then it took quite a bit of time on hold before the tech was able to find the workaround for me.
Which is to say I'm not surprised that two others commented they were unable to get help with this issue. The tech person I spoke with did not suggest adding me to a list of affected users, so that part is new, too, thank you.
Though with how awkward the tech support phone system was, I must admit I'm not exactly inspired to call back in just to get on an email list.
